National Recruitment Plan ’16
The Recruitment Analysis Council (RAC) is a focal body established under Section 8 of Companies Act 2014 to curb Unemployment in India. RAC is a non-profit & non-governmental organization which will be purely focus on Human Resource & Development Studies. The RAC will act as consortium for the Government / Private Organizations to interact with the Society and enhances the Recruitment Policies according to the time and situation.
The RAC will establish its connection with Education Sector in India to produce quality and employable youth. The RAC will also establish with International Recruitment Advisory Bodies to have better understanding of global opportunities for our Youth. We strongly believe that India can eradicate unemployment by establishing more and more industries in various sectors especially Agro based industries. We also support and promote Make in India campaign across the World to have better India.
We are bound by duty and principle to ensure that the advantages of Recruitment Analysis Council are utilized towards constructive initiatives across all sectors, thereby spreading goodwill amongst one and all and the zest to contribute mightily towards curbing unemployment in India and to the development of our country.
The mission of the National Recruitment Plan’ 16 is to connect the needies with the International Recruitment Advisory Bodies to have better understanding of global recruitment opportunities in order to produce the quality and employable youth.
The NRP’16 will have 40 versatile speakers from various sectors from Corporates, Public Sector Undertakings (PSU’s), Government Departments and Educational Organizations who will deliver their Plan of Action of their recruitment procedures for upcoming years and discuss about the common agenda and to produce skilled work force in India.
The Participants will include Placement Officers and Students from all Universities, Engineering Colleges, Management Colleges, Degree Colleges, Polytechnic Colleges, Pharmacy Colleges; Vice – Presidents, Human Resource Managers, Business Managers, Project Managers, Information Security Professionals, , Executives from Public Sector Undertakings (PSU’s) and Multi National Companies (MNC’s); Administrators, Managers and Human Resource Professionals from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Unemployees from various sectors … etc.
